O'sanctissima , the Mother Nature.
a mother marry picture. there are so many picture about mother Mary with so many pose. the most common pose of mother Mary that I've found is she holding Jesus, standing and make such a prayer hand with some light around her, also she breastfeeding little Jesus. I personally admire her so much. the reason why I admire her so much is simple, to me she's a figure, and example of the truth of woman. she is kind, beautiful, and motherly. I probably can say that she is one of my inspiration woman.
here, I tried to combine the conception of mother Mary in my head with the conception of nature in my head. the result is I draw a very common and simple pose of Mary. I draw her with prayer hand pose with cream veil and red cover. as the frame I draw flowers and leafs all around her than light. according to me, this drawing is represent the idea of mother Mary as the mother nature. why I said so? back to the first paragraph and remember that I wrote the reason why I admire her. her existence here is similar like the meaning of mother earth. she giving us hope and live at the same time.
in other words, the picture also can be interpreted that in life we have to not pay attention to the god as the creator but also the environment that god created for us as a friend and also as the supporting of our life.
